Digital Product Delivery

• All notes available on our website are digital products.

• After successful payment, the notes will be delivered instantly via:

  • Download link on the website, OR

  • Email registered during purchase.

• Delivery usually happens within a few minutes, but in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.

• No Refund & No Return Policy

  • Since our products are digital study materials, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

  • After payment is completed and access is provided, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept refund requests for:

    • Change of mind

    • Accidental purchase

    • Lack of usage

    • Exceptions (If Applicable)

      Refund or replacement will only be considered if:

      • You were charged but did not receive the notes, OR

      • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot fix it.

      You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase for such issues.
